NXTHarbor for Universities & Colleges

Campus to Career, built by people who have hired your students.

A curated, practitioner-led readiness programme that takes final-year students from the classroom to the interview panel, and then to day one in a corporate, a startup, or the family business. Every module is assessed against what the student cohort and the institution actually need, and every student leaves with a measurable record of their progress.

12modules across a 60-day programme
5skill tracks, from aptitude to offer
4specialisation tracks: HR, Marketing, Finance, Analytics
100%of students receive individual scorecards
Why it matters

Degrees open the door. Readiness gets them through it.

Recruiters screen for how a candidate thinks, speaks, writes and behaves under pressure, long before they look at a transcript. Our programmes close that gap in a structured, measurable way.

1

The first filter is a test, not a CV

Aptitude tests, case rounds and group discussions decide shortlists. Students who have practised these formats under real time pressure perform measurably better.

2

Every function needs the same core

Marketing, HR, Finance and Analytics graduates all have to read a number, structure a messy problem and communicate a recommendation. We teach that shared core, then specialise.

3

Institutions need evidence, not anecdotes

Placement cells and faculty get cohort-level data on where students stand and how far they have moved, so the next intervention is targeted, not guessed.

Our methodology

A closed loop: diagnose, teach, practise, measure.

Each programme follows the same five-stage cycle, so nothing is taught that has not been diagnosed, and nothing is taught that is not later assessed.

STAGE 01

Diagnose

An Assessment Centre baseline across soft skills, aptitude, case-solving, written communication and a video pitch. Every student gets an individual scorecard; faculty get a cohort readout.

STAGE 02

Curate

Modules are sequenced and weighted around the cohort's real weak spots and the institution's specialisations, not a one-size template.

STAGE 03

Teach & Practise

Practitioner-led sessions with frameworks, live drills, role plays and fresh business cases. At least half of every session is students doing, not listening.

STAGE 04

Assess

Timed in-class assessments, case assignments with faculty rubrics, recorded presentations, scored GDs and panel mock interviews with written feedback.

STAGE 05

Report

Consolidated scorecards, cohort analytics for faculty, and a Skill Passport each student carries into placement season.

✓

Practitioner-led. Delivered by senior professionals who have built teams and run hiring panels across industries, not by career-theory trainers.

✓

Cross-functional by design. Every concept is shown in HR, Marketing, Finance and Analytics contexts, so no student can say "this isn't my function."

✓

Original case library. Purpose-built business cases with reconciled data and deliberate analytical traps, refreshed for every cohort.

✓

Named, teachable frameworks. SOLVE for problem-solving, MECE issue trees for cases, PREP for speaking, STAR for interviews, PREL and ABRI for group discussions.

✓

Academic integrity built in. Timed digital assessments with signed declarations, and faculty review of any flagged submissions.

✓

Faculty-ready. Rubrics, model-answer keys, facilitator guides and trainer cue cards, so the institution can sustain the learning after we leave.
